Customer Representative/ HR Admin
Handling calls from customers and E-commerce day-day activities.
Resolving customer queries and providing customer satisfaction
Weekly report on ecommerce website, customer order & reviews to the management
Vendor agreements –coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, procurement and legal
Adhere to daily turnaround time for orders as per set TAT guidelines
Following daily responsibilities, screening resumes, and performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates & follow up of interview process
Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Verify Office supplies upon receipt, confirm purchase orders and ensure product order process delivered smoothly on day-day basis.
Ensure adherence to organizational procedures, policies, and systems.
Ensures that performance metrics / SLAs are met
Ensure adherence to all internal / external processes defined
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Perform order management activities for assigned regions using the applications used by the function
Proactively escalates issues that can potentially hamper the business processes
Proven work experience around 1-2 years in E-commerce/Shopify or any other digital platform
Knowledge of the ecommerce business model (i.e., Fulfilment/Shipping needs, Customer Service, User Experience, promotions planning, etc.)
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Hands on experience with various selection processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions.
Organizational and time management skills, multitasking and prioritizing and planning work
Team player with proven ability to work under pressure.
Adaptability to changes in the work environment – manages competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
The notice period should not be more than 30 days
Work from office is a must, need to commute to the office daily, Six days a week. If not feasible, kindly do not apply
Preferred communication in fluently English and local language
